Mississinewa 1812 – 2022

Largest War of 1812 living history event in the U. S.  Battle re-enactments, reconstructed Indian village, trapper camps, sutlers, traditional craftsmen, food purveyors, and musicians.  The Battle of Mississinewa 1812 commemorates the battle fought here between 600 federal troops and British-allied Indians. Authentic attention to detail makes the difference as you step back in time to 1812 at this fresh air museum of life in times past. Friday 9am-4pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-4pm. Adult tickets at gate $10, children (6-12) tickets at gate $6. Advance adult tickets $8, advance children (6-12) $5.  Advance tickets available at Grant County banks and credit unions as well as Needler’s Fresh Market. Free parking.  Free shuttle bus Saturday and Sunday from Justice Middle School, 720 N. Miller Ave. Marion, IN.
