Fusion Arts Alliance is excited to announce the return of Congruence Arts and Music Festival this September in downtown Marion, 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15. Headlining will be Whoa, Man , a group that celebrates the iconic women of rock who have influenced generations of music lovers and musicians alike! They’ll bring hits from the most influential fem rockers of the last six decades, including Pat Benatar, Heart, Carole King, the Supremes, Joan Jett, Stevie Nicks, Tina Turner and more!
