Drum Corps International (DCI), the leader in producing events for the world’s most elite marching ensembles for student musicians and performers, welcomes up to 12 of its elite marching music ensembles who will perform at Indiana Wesleyan University on Tuesday, August 8, in the DCI Open Class World Championship Finals, the culmination of the DCI Summer Tour for Open Class Corps following more than 80 competitive events on the national 2023 Drum Corps International Tour.
All finalist open class drum corps from across the nation will visit Marion to compete as part of DCI’s 51st season. The performances begin at 6:00 p.m. Each corps will offer a spellbinding musical and visual spectacle as they complete their quest for the gold in finals competition in 2023.
