The Gas City Park features shelter houses, ball diamonds, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, an outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds and fishing for kids. Festivals held here annually include Summer Concerts in the Park Series, Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration, Labor Day Weekend Celebration, Ducktail Run Rod & Custom Show in September, and a Christmas light display each December.

The park includes a 2,900 sq. ft. community building, band shell, pond, playground, petting zoo, and outdoor swimming pool. Fishing is permitted in the pond with a current Indiana license. Pool is open seasonally from 12-6pm Mon-Sat and 1-6pm Sun. $4 age 13 and over, $3 age 12 and under, age 2 and under free.  Swim lessons available, and the pool can be rented for private parties.
